Micah has picked up the weirdest new trick. If he gets in trouble and we tell him he has to go to time out he suddenly falls to the ground and clutches his foot and says, "Ow, ow, ow!" The first time he almost had us, but now we just have to bite the inside of our cheeks so we don't laugh as we cart him off to time out.
He's never said "ow" before after any bump or bruise, so I don't know why suddenly he's faking a toe injury! My only guess is he's seen someone, somewhere recently stub their toe.
He says it all the way to the time-out corner and if we dare glance at him while he's still sitting there, he'll grab the toe again and give us sad, pathetic eyes.
He's such a sponge, picking everything up. Shucks- I've GOT to clean up my language! As Jakob reminded me, "stupid" and "butt" are not acceptable.
