Doin' Dewberry

It's been a while since we actually went on this outing. But I do remember that the kids had really acted up that morning, and if it hadn't been for the Barsch's expecting us, we wouldn't have taken our little monsters that day! Those are some of the hardest parenting moments. It's hard to know how to discipline when you're about to treat them to something special like this.

Almost as soon as we walked in, we ran in to Emily and Hadley. It's so weird because we run into them at least once a year since college.

Eileen was in the cutest little Fall dress!

Some of Micah's foul mood cropped back up when he wouldn't let Caleb have a turn on this pig by himself.

It was an insanely windy day. Let me just say that wind and short hair do not mix! But the boys liked how the wind whipped this weeping willow around.

Then Micah worked like a champ to pump water fast enough to push a rubber duckie through the water.

The corn maze was really short this year so it wasn't much fun. But at least I didn't get claustrophobic like last time!

Remember what I said about the wind?? Ugh.

I had to fight them to get them to stand still long enough to pose in the corn.

 Then it was off to the pumpkin patch to meet back up with the Barsch's...

And then my camera died. :)
