Micah has his first cold. Poor kid couldn't even make it three whole months being healthy.
It started just as a cough, then the sneezes came, and finally, the runny nose. Just like adults, his little cough gets worse in the morning and at night. Luckily, he can sleep through the coughing and sneezing (Terry and I sure can't). We do get a kick out of how far he can sneeze his pacifier! And his nose is all stuffy, so he has a cute baby snore.
We debated on taking him to church this morning. I knew he'd be okay- basically it's just a matter of sleeping locale to him- but I worried about getting dirty looks from the others at church. Terry was terrified Micah would have a sneezing attack. We know how gripey people can be when you bring a sick baby somewhere. Somehow people think a sick infant will spread germs quicker than a sick adult. Whatever.
But, we did have to miss Cutie-pie Gracie Green's very first birthday party! We decided there were just too many babies who'd be succeptible to Micah's little infection if we went. But, we can't wait to see pictures! Happy Birthday Gracie!
