Micah's Daddy

So, I know this blog is dedicated to bragging about Micah, but I need a minute to brag on Terry, instead.

It's his busy time at work which means longer hours and much more stress. He tries his hardest to do what he can in the office and then come home in time to see Micah for a little before he goes to bed. Then Terry usually does more work until it's his own bedtime.

Monday I got some kind of a stomach bug. I was having a hard time handling Micah with an upset stomach, so my wonderful husband came home to work and watch Micah and nurse me to health all at the same time. He stayed up late doing the dishes and cleaning up the mess I'd made, too.

Yesterday was more of the same, too. Although I was feeling well enough for Terry to go to work, he still came home and took care of dinner. Then went back to work on the home computer, not finishing and coming to bed until 1:30 a.m. Poor guy had an early meeting this morning, and had to be at the office before 7, so his alarm went off at 5:30.

He's been working so hard, and complaining so little! Micah and I love him so much! Terry, maybe this weekend, we'll make it up to you!
